About DC Peers
We create and run meetups, workshops, and other social spaces that embrace neurodiversity. In our free and low-cost programs for teens and adults, we bring neurodiverse groups together to socialize and to learn from each other.

Low-key social practice in a neurodiverse group. We work to create groups who are compatible in their interests and communication skills, and help them connect via games and activities they like. We have a variety of meetups for different age groups.
Our neurodiversity workshops and neurodiversity support groups both focus on understanding, teaching, and learning about neurodiversity, how it affects our interactions and how we can build understanding and acceptance.
Teen and Adult Social Strategies Workshops for those who want to better understand their social worlds and relationships, and learn positive social strategies that feel comfortable and authentic for them - not masking.
We’re working towards being able to offer multiple small group offerings, led by volunteers and folks who have particular interests — i.e., D&D for beginners, an anime club, jewelry-making, crocheting… if you would like to offer a group to our community, get in touch!
